All customer service inquiries regarding past, current, or future orders must be submitted via email only. We do not respond to direct messages, comments, or social media inquiries.

We are committed to maintaining a respectful and professional environment. Rude, aggressive, or disrespectful communication will not be tolerated and may result in no response.
1. Customer service responses are provided during business hours only. Messages sent after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will be addressed on the next business day. Business hours are Monday- Friday 9am to 3pm CST. Please give me 2-3 business days to connect with you before reaching out on all social media platforms or leaving comments.
2. Order Cancellations & Refunds Once an order is placed, it is final. We do not offer cancellations or refunds due to a change of mind for any reason.
3. Exchanges We do not offer exchanges under any circumstances.
4. Sales & Promotions Sales may be announced in advance or offered spontaneously. We do not provide price adjustments, credits, or refunds if a purchase is made prior to a sale or if a sale is missed.
